I posted this (http://forums.tccoa.com/showthread.php?t=90009) over on TCCoA about the oil pressure gauge on my 96 4.6 deflecting to the left left on braking, & I was amazed to find out that the gauge really functions just like an idiot light. I doesn't really respond to changes in pressure, just moves to the middle when pressure is present. Apparently SC's are the same. Read the one reply about the sending unit mod. Pretty interesting.
