i had a leaky snout so i had my s/c replaced.

anyreason why it would casue my car to heat up?

used to run at N...heavy boost, towards OR...whats up?

when the s/c was out Ddubb bypassed that heater line that goes through the TB. but that couldnt have been a significant heatsink for the coolant.

any ideas? also found some oil in my s/c

I just run my rad fan on HIGH all the time. I have it rigged into my auto-on-off headlights, since I have a dash cover, they're always on, so whenever the car goes on, on goes teh rad fan, and then the rad fan continues to run for about 30 sec after I shut the car off.

Running it like this, I am able to touch the SC and IC without burning myself after running the car for 1/2 hr.

Doing that was a HUUUUGE improvement.

ive the Ls fan on, guess i could soldier it back together

and cut the #17...but i also hear that a tarus fan, and a cooler stat shold help.

my problem is finding the correct gasket.

Did you ever put that wire back that was bypassed for the A/C circuit?? I havent read up on the LS fan mod so im not sure exactly how everything works, but I remember taking off that wire ...

heh yeah

well about that filter thing...remeber the filter i showed you at autozone, would that would Ddubb?

i could get a fuel filter for a carbed car, but that looed better.

Yeah that would work just fine. I had a clear fuel filter somewhere .. Ill have to look for it.
