nickle man, so your the one who bought that car. I e=mailed the guy last weekend. Went to dover to pick-up another sc and when i got back he had e-mailed a price of 850...E-mailed him back and he said he had just sold it. Iwas trying to buy them both, but oh well... Hows the new ride? Looked pretty good in the pics. If you need the tranny rebuilt, i can hook you up (im a ford tech) 4r70w's are a piece a cke...Ive been out of the sc scene for about 6 years now, but im back for round three. And shes gonna be bad...Theres a hell of a lot more mods available nowadays!!!

it was a good deal for someone that can fix a few things.drop the pan on the trans. yesterday and it didn't look to good, lot of metal shavings in there.put in a new filter and fluid and it doing ok but i know it's only gonna last a short time.picked up a almost brand new starter at pic and pull for $10.while i was there i got a couple of brand new uca's for $30 since i noticed they didn't look to good after going over the car.

anyhing new out at pick and pull. I was there getting parts saturday and they were getting ready to move some new stuff in there. I finally got my rear disc brakes on today and finally got them bled. So now i can stop and it looks really good. I painted the calipers red like the fronts.

nothing special at pic and pull but i ordered some lowering springs for the new ride,i can't keep the "all wheel drive look" with the 245/50/16 tires and a stock ride height.i'm going to try some intrax springs since they drop it 2" in the front and 1.8" in the back plus they were less expensive.

i was looking into those for mine until i found a good deal on eibachs. I just noticed today when i went over a decent size bump in the road i rubbed the rear tires on the fender. i guess all the weight in the trunk from my tools made it rub but it just started 2 days ago.

Are those the NASCAR style wheels on the black one? If so I would like to see more pics of that one. I always thought the NASCAR look would be awesome on an SC, well except without all of the stickers.

you need to roll your fender lips some so that your tires don't rub on the big bumps.you would think that with your +36mm offset rims that you wouldn't have that issue.i know i have +24mm rims with the fender lips rolled some and only when i hit large bumps or dips do i get any rubbing.

i have to pull the wheels off and check things out but its strange that its only the right side that is rubbing.

john b. came over last night and switched out the valve body for another one that i had traded him for awhile back to put in my black car but never did. so far it's shifting great and hits pretty hard and firm in all gears. the springs i put on are settling in so the car is sitting pretty low, kinda hard to get my old a s s in and out of it.....lol
