some jackoffs tonight decided they wanted to steal my system, so in order to do that, they broke the lock out of the driver door, in the process denting the ~~~~ out of the hole, and scratching the ~~~~ thing, not to mention stole about 1500 dollars worth of stereo equip. What I wouldnt give to know who did it, I had to wake up at 3 in the morning for that, just had to vent, seeing as how its now 5 in the morning and can just now get back to bed

sorry to hear that man. Wish they would have just broke a window, thats a lot easier and cheaper fix. No respect in this world. I had someone break into my car one time. They couldn't get my pioneer radio out, so they stole the face. Thanks jack offs! Buying parts like a face plate seperately from pioneer costs almost as much as the whole player costs

Yeah, they couldnt get mine out either, they just took the faceplate of it too, and I cant remember what brand it was either, but they took my cleaning supplies for the car too, which I just purchased about 5 hours earlier that night, about 50 bucks worht of ~~~~, along with a few tools I had in the back, but they did clean my trunk for me.

I have had a stereo stolen out of an older car, thank goodness not the SC. I'll bet if someone was caught stealing and the consequences were to cut off the theives hand, no one would ever steal again. I'm for it. Now just to catch the bastages!

These thieves are getting out of hand. I hear about a car getting broke into every week. My mom's window got knocked out and a Boyz II Men CD was taken. Yes they should get their hands cut off.

Didn't the Egyptians cut off people's hands as punishment for stealing?

In formal Iraq regime, they did it, also the Taliban...

The egyptians were were pretty brutal. Imagine what the punishment would be for rape!:D I try to keep as little juknin my car as possible. I put dark dark tint on all my windows and an alarm system now on my vehicles with aftermarket sound systems. Its just too tempting for losers to steal stuff

well my windows were tinted to 5 percent, but It really pisses me off that they tore the ~~~~ out of the door like they did, when it would have been just as easy to break the window, and it looks like an aftermarket alarm is what I'm going to have to go with, one that tells me when someones in there, that way I can be up there before they leave

Saudi still does it. And they dont have many repeat offenders.

That does suck, happened to me a couple months ago on my 89. They didnt take my faceplate but they did f up my dash.

In Washington DC, I had a 500 dollar jacket stolen from my back seat. The problem was they tried to break the front, driver window and finally the back one gave in. I got to replace 3 windows because of the brick chips.

Tony,

Sorry to hear about this. I know how you feel, I once had my 73 Dodge Challenger broken into while the car was sitting in my driveway and the jerks stole my shifter and the entire console.

I had some ace-hole egg my crown vic a week ago (3 friggin eggs) The worthless bastages did it in the bowlin alley parking lot:mad: They prolly thought I was "the pigs," but that shows how much bawls they had.

Lack of repsect... mama didn't teach em how to act!

Breakin into cars does happen here, but not as widespread, too may guns around here:D

When I was in high school, I had two 18 inch (cheapie:o ) subs in my trunk in separate boxes, somehow they got in and stole only one of em, least they left me one, but I was pissed:mad: That roving junk electronics show didn't come to my town often in those days:( 20 bucks is alot of money when ya work at Mac-Ds...

funny thing is , I'm in jefferson county, with a bunch of rednecks like myself around, but it was in arnold, which is growing to big, so we have all started migrating a little bit more south, although the house did have plenty of guns in it, I would have loved to hear them out there, thats my baby, and they hurt her

I had someone break into my Nova when I was 17 or 18.. and UNLucky for them I hadn't replaced my door hinge pins yet.. so when the moron opened the door.. the ole CREEEEEEK!! woke me up.. since the car was on the side of the house... TWO 45 auto rounds over his head when he looked up and he nor anyone ever returned.. funny thing was, other folks on the street were robbed, but not us. I guarentee that a**pie told all of his idiot friends not to EVER mess with that house!!

and nothing was stolen.. :D

Sorry to hear about the damage to your car.. that really blows

Someone broke into mine back when I had my 95 V8 Bird. They went in through the drivers side window, it looked like they tried to pry it down and then it shattered on them. In the process of stealing my Chamelion CD player (this was when they were cool), my 2 12" MTX Thunder 8000 subs and Directed D 1200.1 Amp they damaged the window track, the front of the dash, and center console (they broke the trunk button lock and got it to work). Ran me about $950 in deductables to fix with having to touch up paint they chipped, oh and insurance boned me on the stereo because it wasn't factory. And this all happened in a supposive secure patroled parking lot during the day at summer school.

One of my roommates got drunk one night while working o our shop electrical panel, and shorted out something, so I had to leave my Cobra outside in the driveway. I had one hell of an alarm on it(I'm an MECP Master cert).

Well, about 3am the pager goes off for my alarm, and sine I had the siren out(broke), the theif had no idea. It wound up with me senaking up behind him with a 9mm right to his head and my other 2 roommates surrounding the car.

Not only did he not have time to mangle anything(car was unlocked somehow, and I NEVER do that), but he had no chance to run. We had him zip-tied when the cops got there.

Thats awesome!! :D I went to jersey on leave a year ago. Went to a friend's house to visit and i had to park my 90 sc down the block at the corner cuz i couldnt find a parking spot by his place. well, im sitting there in his living room looking out the window at my car when an explorer pulls up past my car, stops, backs up, and this guy jumps out and starts trying to break while as im watching. so i grab my friend, one of his baseball bats, and take off. i start yelling at him to get the **** away from my car and he proceeds to tell me to back off or "you're gonna get popped." well, he better shoot me cuz im not gonna let him mess up my baby. so i keep running at him, he looks up one more time, jumps in his truck and takes off. im like, man i scared him. turned around and there was this 5 foot 5 old cuban guy holding a .45 standing right behind me. luckily all that got mest up was that black strip along the upper edge of the window. found out a few days later the same guy tried to break into another car on the same street but he got caught and had to be taken away in an ambulance.

I'd like to see someone try to steal my bandpass in the trunk. That sob weighs bout 200 lbs with the 12"s in it. Almost gave myself a heart attack and hernia at the same time, puttin' it in.
