I'm still looking to sell the '95 5-speed.
Blue exterior, grey leather/cloth combo seats with grey cloth folding rear seat from an '89 XR7 (includes original rear seat in excellent condition stored in my bedroom).
Currently has 81,015 miles.
At the '05 Shootout in Oklahoma it pulled some pretty low numbers on the dyno (below stock specs, only did one pull though so that isn't what I would call accurate), I'm sure it could use a chip and tune along with some intake mods to boost it up a bit, however it did run some impressive times as low as a 14.3 in the 1/4 mile run. I still have most stock parts and a Haynes manual.
Priced at $7,000

If it dynoed below stock numbers how did it run a 1/4 mile that is 1 sec faster than stock?

I know I had to run the dyno in 3rd because it has stock gears when most others had 3.55 or 3.73 etc and ran in 4th gear. They claimed that the dyno compensates for different gears and it didn't matter, but who knows. The numbers were 198.5 hp and 306.1 tq. Maybe it was just a bad run? I know only one SC pulled lower numbers that day (completely stock '89 I think) but I probably outran at least 10 others on the track. That was the first and only time this car has been on a dyno so I can't say for sure if it was accurate by any means, but like I said, with some intake mods a chip and some tuning time with Dave on the dyno would probably pull some pretty nice numbers (maybe a decent set of gears too)?
60' - 2.059
1/8 - 9.172
MPH - 74.81
1/4 - 14.370
MPH - 95.02

Yes, he lives (lived?) in Schertz. I wonder if he got anywhere near his asking price. I looked at it a couple of times, but it was pretty heavily modified for that price. If I see him around sometime, I'll ask. I think he's driving a Prius now (seriously). How sad.

Yep, I'm in Savannah Square. I'm surprised you ever saw me on Savannah Drive as I drove the SC very rarely... must have been on a Friday evening. I've seen a few new Chargers around, you in Carolina Crossing or what? I'm still around here in Schertz, probably moving to Cibolo soon. The SC did sell a while back, got a reasonable price on it. Yes I am driving a Prius, actually been driving it for nearly 2 years now! Just imagine the gas savings! I've been able to get up to 62 MPG. Not as good on the freeway as the Insight I used to have but the Prius does do better on city driving. I still try to get out to Biffs on Friday nights once in a while, I don't make it too often though.
