It really isn't worth the time and effort. The bottle neck in those '89 plenums are the mid-section. It bottlenecks down to somewhere around 60mm. Anything you do before and after that won't matter.
You're better off to find a stock 94/95 blower.

Being a machinist / welder, I gotta ask.....
It looks pretty good on th outside, but what about the inside?
Did you do any grinding / polishing of the welds from the inside, or does it even matter?

on mine i cut it out weld in the fill panels from outside and get a good penetraition then grind the inside using a carbide bit i mounted on a 3.8 pushrod i mount this on a hand drill it works fast and i can get to all of the manifold ahh home made tools .
after i have it powder coated inside and out and its ready to flow.

Nice job. Unless doing something like you did, there isn't much to be gained from porting the stock inlet plenum, especially the early model.

Manny,
What are you doing for vacuum on that inlet. I dont see any area for lines.

I made sure I did plenty of blending on the inside.;)

return plenum? i cut it in half added 3/4 inch welded it back together ground the welds from inside then added the 3.5 inch tube at bypass forward then ground the welds there it gives me more room to work on it in peices,
the inlet plenums i cut open weld grind then add the mounting flange. ive got the mounting flange to 3 inch ill take pic,s of insides tommorrow after i take my grand child to doctors . i have darkstars almost done ive been stuck doing some legal issues in court so im behind on his .
