The guy is moving, he has gazillions of parts, shop tools and I sure he lives in a house. The best way is to call the number on the site.

The number on the site is to Koko's Shop and he moved out of there. You won't reach him there, I think.

Another option, since you are having difficulty, is to contact Victor at Spinningwheels-sc. He sells dipped and ported manifolds. Any reputable engine shop can port them too.

Why not just take the ones you currently have and go to a shop in town? There should be somebody not too far away that can do it for you. Ya won't have to pay for shipping then.

I port the exit remove the ridge at exit i can sand the port area ,
but not much to do other than the exh flange.
about all you can do is wire wheel the runners and open up the exit flange area. the problem with the port flange area is the bolt clearance dimples well protrusions they are bad . but you cant do much with them .

its a hole saw its for cutting alluminum billit it has teeth on front and lined with diamond dust on sides it makes hole and sides cut it so it dont lock up .
my first attempt i used a regular door knob hole saw it worked ok but it died after the first hole you can always use a carbide bit keep speed slow it cuts fast
