changing harmonic balancer

mine started to wobble a bit so i ordered a BHJ balancer today how invovled is changing the balancer out it looks straight forward but is there any suprises to expect or be looking for also are there any other parts to inspect while i'm in there

i did mine on my 94' sc and i removed the radiator fan to have enough room to work.mine went right on but i've read that some people had to get the bhj machined by a machine shop to get the proper bore size,good luck.also mark the pulley in relation to the keyway on the old balancer so it will be oriented the same on the bhj.check out the crank sensor while your at it since you had a wobble.

Don't forget to transfer the crank sensor trigger ring from the old balancer to the new one. The holes are offset so that it is supposed to go on one way only so keep an eye on that.

finished the balancer what a pain in the a$$ i got half way home and out of blue alt pulley flew off and the belt shredded i'll fix it tomorrow
