Seized Bolt

I have a bolt that goes from the oil pan to the transmission on the drivers side that is seized. I have soaked it in penetrating oil for over two weeks and heated the casting a little trying to free it up with no luck. Ford sure didn't give us any room for a real socket and or impact. Any other idea's? Thanks.

Heat the oil pan flange with an oxy/aceylene torch. I have had the same problem. Typically the threads in the tranny are fine it's just that where it goes through the oil pan flange it corrodes badly and seizes up.

Last one I did like that I used a wrench with a piece of pipe for leverage.
