Well, with cold weather coming in the next few days I took the SC over to my rented storage unit last night to keep it out of the frost. Sure beats having to repolish the oxidation off the aluminum everytime it frosts. Anyway, on the way over I was pulling out of the Greenbrier Mall parking lot, & a couple of kids in a Jetta or something kind of sped around me coming up to the light. When it turned green I was watching them, & I eased away until I heard them romp on it. I nailed the SC & both rear tires broke loose for a bit. It eventually hooked until it hit 2nd & they broke loose again. Even with all the fishtailing I smoked those kids. I'm always amazed at how much betther these things run on cool fall nights!

I'll keep coming out. I work at Best Buy until 7 this Saturday, so I won't be there this week. But when the weather is nice I always pull the car out & come up there.

u need any help lowering your car? lemme knnow if you do. Ill line up next to ya anytime. Tommorow i have to jack up the car, because i got pulled over by a cop . When i was trying to pull to the side, i must have hit a huge crater, and i bottomed out severly. I need to check out what i broke, because it was pulling hard to the right and it was a rough ride back.

thats blasphemy. I will never forget about the 4.6l. Ill just make my own v8 supercoupe. I have driven a few supercoupe and i must say they are a blast to drive. i love the whine of the blower, and the instant tourqe.
so who has the accumulator ball that i would need it i bought it? I know one of you guys have to have a spare one laying around.

Keith, Ive been working on it. The engine is complete(shortblock). Buck at performance has the heads. Hes putting larger valves in them and porting both the intake and exhaust, new seats, bronze guides. Hes not the fastest gy in the world, but they will be right when i gettem back. I got everything for the rear axle. I was waiting on a center pin for the auburn pro diff. The one that came with it was wrong. Transmission is on the bench waiting to be reassembled, got the part i was waiting for Saturday (2nd gear planetary) looked a little rough and didnt want to chance it. I still have to install the shift kit in the valvebody, but ill do that last i guess. I bought a 2400-2800 stall converter. Hopefully its not too much? My plan is to get the transmission and rear end done next weekend. Im hoping to have the heads back by Thanksgiving. Then i will finish the engine and install it in the car. I still have to pick a cam, im thinking of the 530 lift comp cam...I got my eye on some injectors on ebay. Hopefully ill get them this week. Then all i need is a tb and a maf and im done buying for now...I hope. Im hoping to have it running by the first week in december. Then im going to tackle the suspension and steering....lotta work. I did finally get the new blower. It looks good mechanically, but some jackass painted it grey and black. How should i go about stripping that paint off? Did you paint your stuff? Im no good with cosemetics....Dave
