well ive been having a on and off occasion where my check engine light comes on... now i drove from hwy 25 and steels to trafalgar and steels and then the light comes on, i parked it for 10 mins turned it off, went to come back home and it didnt come on at all.
now around 40 kms slowing down if i let off on the gas my car has this nasty like kick back from the rear end it feels, im wondering if its my cats? i dont think its my u joints... but how do you test a cat? only way i can think is take a heat meter and stick it at the front of the cat then stick it at the back of the cat and thier should only be about 15 degrees difference?

IF im right, how much are cats for these things? if its to much ill just leave it and drive her till she dies cause im SC shopping right now...

also not that im obsessed with SC's but if your ever watching Fast and the Furious when Vin and paul walker or whatever are sitting at the resturant on the highway , when hes about to put the piece of paper on the table for directions to race wars thats a SC in the backround parked across the parking lot =) always on the look out for SC's!
