Hello
I just bought this 93 SC 5speed that had been sitting in a guys yard for about 2 years. So I started with all the usual maintenance .Oil change, Tranny flush, fuel filter ,air filter. Car Idled a llittle rough so I changed the IAC.changed plugs and wires Fixed my boost gauge and went with a flowmaster Exhaust system removed cats sounds great.

2 days ago I had the guys at Oriellys auto check my battery and it turned out it was 7 years old so I replaced it with the best one they had. car turned right on and I went home. know I get ready to go to work and try to start the car and all this smoke comes out. I open the hood and the smaller black wire from the negative side is just totally burnd up and separated. I check and the negative ground cable was just laying by the motor mount (not grounded) so I grounded it in a spot close to the motor mounts and it started right up.

leaving work car just cranks and wont start and that same black wire keeps burning up!! Please help
