Has anyone ever tuned with a Tec-3R? I ask because I was looking through the summit catalouge and considered buying a LM-1 Wideband a/f monitor. i have not yet finished reading the Tec-3r manual, however it seems like the Tec-3r records alot of data. I was wondering if Buying a wideband was neccesary, or does the Tec-3r record enough data for perform a safe tune, making the wideband a redundant piece of equiptment.

I would think that the most important piece of information you will be recording is the a/f ratio, because if that isn't set right that could very easily destroy your motor. The wideband is the way to go.
