Where can I pick up the tool to remove the fuel lines from the fuel rail?

Your local auto parts store should have them. They usually come in a kit with several different sizes. It usually says specifically on the packaging that it is a Ford fuel line disconnect tool.

;) this is my set got them for 9.99 6 diff sizes. got mine at sears department store.
