You guys check out the '07 Chevy Lumina. It's made by Holden in Australia for GM. Same people that make the current GTO. I am in the middle-east and saw one driving around and had to look it up. Do a search on google and check it out. I'm sure if Chevy would market this car in the U.S. , they would make a killing. It has the looks and the power to go with it, a true "SS". I couldnt figure out how to post the pics here but believe me the car looks great!

That one above is the last generation Australian Commodore SS. The new one is VE and looks much more modern. Search for Commodore SSV.

We do have the Lumina SS here. The only difference between that car and the GTO, is the front fascia, side marker lamps, and maybe the rear tail lights. It hasn't made a killing. If you REALLY want a GTO that looks like a Chevy you can order the other fascia and badges. The conversion can be done for about $2k. As a side note, the GTO side emblems were specifically designed to cover the side marker lamp holes in the front fenders so all the vehicles could be built with the same sheet metal.

If you really want to see the killer version of that car, look up the version the Brits have. Google "Vauxhall VXR 500" Or check out the Australian AWD version, "HSV Coupe4."
