Thursday Night Test and Tune at the speedway turned into a gun battle last night at the Irwindale Speedway. 3 people were shot and the suspect is still at large.

Bummer!!!

Go Southern California. j/k that is too bad. It sucks when stuff like that happens at what is suppose to be good clean fun.

just one idiot to mess up yrs of hard work to get it going strong. hope nobody trys to stop the races over this .isolated case. 99% of drag racers are good people ,was he a spectator?

friggin great, he had to be of hispanic decent...grrr just when we needed more bad publicity. yes he was a spectator and from what i hear one person was shot and died at the hospital and two others were injured. grrr, there should be a little more security there, but either way people should enjoy the night at the strips, not fear for their lives.

WE USED TO HAVE ONE OR TWO IDIOTS A YR AT STREET RACES, MOSTLY NONE RACERS WHO DONT KNOW HOW TO ACT AND RESPECT THE THRILL OF COMPETITION.BUT HEY WE GET THESE IDIOTS AT SOCCER FOOTBALL AND OTHER SPORTS AND COMPETITIONS.
