Does anyone know anything about or where to find the rubber seal that fits between the abs motor and pump? I am replacing the motor and my seal is shot. Thanks, Rob

abs seal

I work on MC-130E's acft, I try and match something up. Is this seal supposed to be flat or the "o" ring type? Thanks, Rob

It's flat and thin. I took the following measurements from a USED seal using a steel ruler:
thickness = 1/16"
ID = 2 1/16" (approx 5.25 mm)
OD= 2 9/32" (approx 5.85 mm)

Quick question...

What symptoms did you experience because of the leaking seal? I have an issue with my Teves M-II unit that I haven't had time to work on. I have a fluid leak that is seeping through the firewall via the actuator rod. It drips down the back of the brake pedal onto the floorboard. The brakes work fine as long as I check the level in the reservoir every few days. (I'm not driving the car at the moment because I also have a problem with the catalytic converters. :mad: )
Anyway, I was wondering if my issue could also be caused by the same leaking seal???

The leak could be coming from just about anywhere.....

Mine is definitly coming from the pump motor....

Yours might be leaking from the seal at the end of the push rod....

I have a spare O ring that measures:

.055 thick
2.375 OD
2.065 ID

OD is the most important dimention.....

The ID could be smaller if need be.....
