New guy needs some help

Hello i just got a 93 auto it needs some work it has a new motor with 350miles on it, the exhaust sounds like s@#t and has some leaks, it is shifting hard and to shift into od i have to blip the throttle i was told it had a art car vb, it pulls to the passenger side when braking, and at idle it sounds and feels like it needs a power steering pump. i live in va beach do you guy know anyone that can help? let me know thanks.

the trans tv cable might need adjusting, brakes might be a sticky caliper, what part of the beach do you live? i mess with my own sc's and i can fix a few things but more technical jobs i have to get some expert advice and direction.
