Fuel Regulator or Injectors?

Okay, I have replaced the fuel pump & filter and cleaned out the fuel lines. There is plenty of fuel pressure at the filter and pump is working. Checked the pressure at the Schrader valve and there is barely anything. I pushed the pin down and just got a dribble out of it. I can smell some raw fuel in the exhaust. I am thinking in must be leaky injectors or a bad regulator or both. Any idea's on testing these? Thanks.

Pull the vacuum line off the regulator. If there's fuel in it, the regulator is shot. If not, perhaps a stuck injector.

Okay, there was no fuel in the vacuum line to the regulator. I will try the injectors next.
