After being out of the SC game for 2 years, and 2 Firebird Formula's, I am happy to report that I bought a 1995 SC! I had a Formula 350 parts car that had a good body but no motor and we traded straight up. The SC's paint is real rough but as you read this, im spraying a fresh coat of Ford UA black on her with some Nason clear. Interior is black leather, dash is in awesome shape, 140 mph speedo. Auto-wanted a 5-speed but ill take it. Great shape! The motor is a little tired but I traded some body work and paint on a RX7 3rd gen for a full motor rebuild so no problem there. Rear is tight but the TracLoc doesn't seem to want to grab? So for now its a a one-wheel wonder. But I payed 350 bucks for the Formula so I got a running driving car for $350 and its the car I've always regretted getting rid of! Sorry for the long post just wanted to let you guys know, im keeping one alive!:D

The '95 SCs autos came with an open diff with 3.31 gear setup with traction control.

Awwww. damn. Thats no fun if you can't light both of the tires up. Oh well.

According to this thread, 94/95 didn't ever come with black interiors, so maybe someone has changed it already. Still, good to see you got another SC. Got any pics yet?

My 94 has traction assist and an open diff.(3.27:1 I think) They'll both go, especially on a hard 1-2 shift, but I much prefer a clutched unit. I'm betting you'll be looking for an Auburn or a pumpkin.
