How much are one of these thingies worth? Sorry, dunno the name, but it is the rear brace for the body I think. Whats the approximate time for replacing it? Is it a do it yourself thing at home?

I'm trying to figure out from your photos there, I believe it's the left and right brackets that go from the chassis to underneath the rear subframe mounts that you're looking for, correct ? If so, they are about $26 CAN each at wholesale price. The part numbers are E9SZ-5D022-B for the left side, and E9SZ-5D022-A for the right. They are readily available from the Ford of Canada warehouses. So I don't know if you want me to order them in and ship out to you, or if you just want to get them from your nearset dealer. In this case, it's only a few $$ discount from me on a small item like that, and then you would end up paying that on the shipping. The labour guide we have here does not list a time for changing those.

Thnx Ed for the part number, I will probably pick one up today then.

I wonder how hard it is to fix that though... I am assuming I would need to support the body somehow while the bracket is off the car, but it looks like there is no room to do it.
