It was a nice time at Irwindale today thanks to the overcast. It wasn't crowded at all. We looked all over for Dylan and couldn't find him, but did meet a nice guy from Long Beach (Collin) who thought he might drop in on visit us at this web site and maybe come to some meets. (*Note* Another Red SC, wouldn't you know it).
Nikki and Hot Rod Lincoln ended up racing for the family honors. Nikki was able to squeeze out a narrow thirty car winning margin. It was close until the light turned green!

I think what is interesting about meeting new people, like Hank, is that you find new approaches to old problems. I guess it helps if you have a lot of experience and an engineering background.
This should be fun. I will try to get the pictures developed and forwarded for posting. You are going to see a mean wheelie brother.

I'm glad you liked the rear end mods. Sure bounces a good launch, now. On the road I've never felt the snubber limit the IRS, so I think most of the bugs are worked out.

So you do think it's okay to use the wet kit for Bakerfield. I have jets for up to 200 but have only tried 100 so far. Since the launch is dialed up good, I will leave it alone and save the juice for midway through second gear.

John tells me he is revising his tune, and may have had more than a few horses under the table !

Looking forward to a couple record runs for the SoCal group !!

And I missed out on meeting someone who actually knows about working on independent rear suspensions. Now I'm stuck driving a beat up old Audi and trying to fix my ABS. If all goes well I'll hit the track thrusday night. I never knew there were 1000's of people there on thursdays since I always used to go on Sundays w/ only a couple hundred. I'll post pictures of the amazing burn-out once it happens.
Late!
