1.Question: did ford ever make factory 5 speed 5.0 V8 thunderbirds?

2.Is there any 5x4.5 bolt pattern, ford rear axles that can adapt to thunderbird?

3.Is there any 5x4.5 bolt pattern, ford front and rear disc rotors that can adapt?

4.How many splines do stock thunderbird axles have?

5.Were can I buy new aftermarket rear tail lights?

1. To my knowledge, no. You can bolt up any transmission that will bolt up to a 2.3, 3.8, and 4.2 up to a 5.0. If you want to use a t-5, t-45, or t-56, you will have to have an extension built for the shifter. If you use the M5R2, the ones available for the SC/XR7, it bolts right up, no mods.

2. You will have to get 03/04 Cobra hubs for the rears and have them pressed in.

3. As long as you have 93+ Tbird/Cougar spindles, you can bolt up Muffstain hubs. I want to say SN95 versions only, but I might be wrong.

4. 28 at the diff and 28 at the hub.

5. Click, the only problem is they dont have a listing for SC.

Search in the forums and you will find...sn95 front hubs bolt on as do 99 cobra rear hubs....yes 28 spline
