View Full Version : 89-93 Front Bumper Cover w/SC Marking

I have a virtually new front bumper cover that I purchased off of eBay a few years ago that I need to sell because I'm moving. The guy I bought it from said it was removed from his 1989 SC that was totaled in the rear end when the car only had a few thousand miles on it.

It is all original Light Titanium Clearcoat paint, has the "SC" embossed in the front, never had holes drilled for a license plate bracket, and has the cutouts for cornering lights. The black trim on it is perfect...no flaking and the black vinyl stickers in the recesses are perfect as well.

The only issue with it is it has some remnants of a black scuff mark on the passenger corner. this has been mostly rubbed out by me and comes off with polishing compound and elbow grease. The scuff is only on the surface of the clearcoat....kind of like a black heel mark on a floor from your shoes. It did not damage the clearcoat underneath at all. There are NO broken or cracked tabs anywhere on it and it has NO rock chips that I can see. It really is like new.

I am getting ready to move to NY so I really don't want the movers to take it and risk damaging it and I really don't have time to box it up and ship it because it is quite big and bulky.

I live in Abingdon, VA (very near Bristol) at zip 24211. If you can pick it up in the next 2 weeks, I will let it go for ANY reasonable offer as long as you can come and get it.

You are leaving us in VA??? Why would you want to leave this great "commonwealth"??? Good deal on a bumper here... If I hadn't picked one up a few weeks ago from the-big-e in Charlotte I'd be all over this....

Man, my folks live in Columbus, NC. I ought to have them drive up and get it. I might make a call and see if they're up for a road-trip. Then they can bring it to TX when they come to see the kiddies!!! Do you have any photos handy?

Sorry to those that aren't close by.

As you can see in the pics, even the bottom of the cover where the air deflector attaches is void of any road rash and even the paper/plastic tag that has the previous vehicle's VIN number is still attached. (First pic left side)
