Wafer style fuse block, (It was installed in the car for a month when I started installing the battery relocation, however, I removed it when I decided not to relocate the battery. It is missing one of the screws that pinch the wire in it (shouldn't be any trouble to get a replacement at a hardware store, it just wont be gold plated). $15+shipping
