Front brakes and rear brake upgrades

I'm upgrading to 13" rotors and dual piston calipers for my front brakes but wasn't sure if it was necessary to do the rear brakes as well.

Does anyone know if there is significant improvement in stopping distance by upgrading the rear brakes from stock to 13" if the front are already 13"? I don't want to spend the money on the rear brakes if the improvement is minimal. I'd just put new stock sized rear rotors/calipers on and save the cash.
 
Most people upgrading the rears go to the 11.65" rotor size, that is OEM for the Mustang Cobras which used the 13" fronts.

I have relocation brackets available for the stock SC rear calipers, to go over the 11.65" rotors. Take a look at Doug Fraleigh's tech article for full info:
