Just like the title says my check engine light turns on when I hit about 85mph I checked for codes and my TPS was bad so I changed it out and it was fine for a day or so. but this morning on the highway it came on again. I notice nothing different in the way it drives. It rolls nice and smooth then when I slow down the CE light turns off. What could this be? Any input would be appreciated. 93 5speed

O2 sensors could be getting weak or slow.

You sure it's not your shift light?

Mine used to do that before I replaced the O2 sensors. Now it may do it once a month and I hit 85 quite frequently. It's usually when I'm getting on it pretty hard then it goes out while I coast.

I ordered some O2s from RockAuto but still gonna check codes tonight. Yes im positive its not my shift light and it does turn off about 1-2 min after I let off.
