welcome to the club of wheelhop I find it real bad when it's cold out.
Air bags do not help at all.

With your left foot
Seriously though, it's all about "slipping" the clutch. If you just dump it at 4,000 rpm you're going to hop all over the place.

I guess I'll just have to learn...
Also.. its missing/bucking under boost. I pulled the blower belt off, went for a drive and at WOT it was fine, put the belt back on and yep.. sure enough, she was missing. I'm guessing since the car has sat for almost a year, the fuel filter is probably clogged and full of crap from the 2 cans of seafoam I ran through the car, so I am going to change the filter tomorrow and see if that helps. If not, I'll change the plugs and wires when I put my blower on next weekend.

Sat for a year?
I strongly advise you to change all the fluids and filters. A small investment to ensure everything is being fed the proper lubrication. A spun bearing for the sake of $20 in an oil/filter change or a clogged injector for a $10 fuel filter.....YEEOUCH!!
Seafoam? Whatzat?
Your ignition missing may simply be plug wires breaking down. Check it tonight when it's dark. You'll clearly see arcing if they're bad. Or use a meter... 20K ohms per 12" of wire is a general rule of thumb.

if all that fails to fix your problem try the fuel pressure.i had the same symptoms as you last year. turned out to be my fuel pump wasnt able to keep up with the demands any more.its just a suggestion but may not be your problem

I Have already changed all of the fluids in the car. I've ran 4 tanks of 94 through the car so far. I'm about to go do the fuel filter right now, just got back from getting one. Hopefully that fixes it.
It's got a small oil leaking coming from the pan I think, but it's very minimal.
Payton.. I'm going to be putting my home ported blower on it for now.

Well.. still doing it. So I know its a spark issue now. The old fuel filter was clogged real bad, but that was not the problem. I am going to get some plugs and wires and change those next weekend.

The shocks play an incredibly huge part in controlling wheel hop. I had some almost new shocks from my Lightning (high pressure gas-Bilstein) and we modified them to fit the bird. Seemed like an overkill and expected it to ride like a haywagon but surprise, surprise! Wheel hop is gone and the ride is significantly better. So I would say, much better than new. Now if I could only get 600ft/lbs out of the old girl... Naw, I'm dreaming.
