As the title says, I need these rings. My build is stalled because the Hastings rings don't work with the D.S.S. pistons I've got. They seem to only take the slimmer Sealed Power rings. Unfortunately, it seems that I can get all the Hastings rings I want but every company that sells Sealed Power rings on Ebay refuses to ship to Canada no matter what. Anyone know where I can find these rings locally? (GTA and north of) Thanks for the help.

Oh yeah, I'll trade someone these Moly Hastings rings for a Sealed Power set but I guess that goes without saying . . .

wondering if you had any luck finding rings ,,,,without knowing how wide the ring lands are ...can't really help...but options would be to have pistons re cut to take the hastings...which sure wouldn't be cheap ....but maybe cheaper than buying another new set of rings and shipping..also you may want to look at chevy rings... all chevy small blocks were 4 inch bores ...and with so many aftermarket piston available ....there maybe options there in ring sizes ,,,with some research and knowing how wide the ring lands are you may get lucky ....dave

II suggest you get in contact with "Total Seal" and talk with a technician. They were able to help me with rings for my special application; though I did have to re-cut my top ring width from 1.5mm to .063".

Better check your piston specs. You can't guess on this or you'll have real issues. Hastings and Sealed Power are the same dimensions (I've used both). I do have the Sealed Power rings in stock but I'm quite certain they will not solve your issues.

Hastings and Sealed Power are both 1.5,1.5,4.0mm. The early 3.8's used 1/16,1/16, 3mm rings. Aftermarket pistons can use a variety of ring packages. My Wiseco Pistons use 1.2,1.5,4.0mm rings.

Check your ring size requirements and post them.

I just talked to a guy at D.S.S. and they are the 1.5 1.5 4.00 ring sizes. The Hastings rings I got were 1.6 1.6 4.00. Anyone got any recommendations? I'm gonna go to a local parts place to see what if they've got something for my application. I guess it's about time I support the little, local guys instead of buying everything direct.
