Engine Code Scan

Finally got our store's new Scanner on my '94.
Can't remember the brand but I think the model was 3120 or something.

Recently replaced the MAF & TPS(still not tuned right)

Here it goes.

DTC: 412
Cannot control RPM during KOER high RPM check.

173
HEGO(H02S) Sensor fault/rich.

137
HEGO(H02S) sensor fault, always run rich.

538
Insufficient RPM change during KOER Dynamic Response Test.

632
Overdrive Trans Cancel Switch/ no action during self engine run test.

Also, I think there's a vacum leak somewhere but I've yet to find the bugger.

I'm not a pro, especially on later model SC's, but here's my first impressions...

412 - Idle Air Control Valve (IAC) isn't working right for some reason...

173 & 137 - Car's running rich (obviously) I would guess since both are getting the fault, it may be something other than O2 sensors. Have you changed head gaskets recently?

538 - User fault...when you do the KOER test, you're supposed to open the throttle a certain amount (rev the engine) so that the computer can see how the engine reacts, in short.

and 632 - I'd say this code is because you were supposed to tap on the brake during the test. It's a different code on older SC's, but that description sounds like it's to test the Cruise Control cancellation circuit.

Like I said, I'm no pro, but there are plenty of other folks on here that may be able to help you more.
