I'm trying to diagnose the spin but no fire condition I have with my 93 SC. the car will turn over but not fire and it appears I have no power at the coil pack. I tested the under hood fuse panel and pulled the coil fuse and have no power at any time. Shouldn't this be hot all the time? All the other fuses are, EEC, puel pump, etc...This explains the dead coil but where else does it get power from?
