air leak at idle set screw?

I did an air pressure test by pressurizing the intake to about 12 psi through the tb, and air is coming through the idle bleed set screw. Is this normal? It probabbly wouldn't equate into a boost leak, but might be the source for a vacuum leak. If it is not normal, can I seal it somehow? It's a 75mm BBK Supercoupe throttle body...

Thanks.

The IAC valve is always open so it shouldn't be an issue. The set screw itself is never subject to vacuum. You can seal it with any thread sealer though if you would prefer.
