guys as of today i tried driving the car today and i noticed that for some reason i have no boost i checked the belts nice and stiff still, still move when car is on what could it be and also before when it was working if i was driving and tried hitting the gas it would feel like the car is "hoping" its seems that the boast gauge sticks in one place any help

You have no boost or your boost gauge is not working? Big difference.

I suspect that the thin hose that goes from the back of the return plenum to the gauge has broken.

no cause if i drive with the gas pedal down all the way down for about 10ish seconds then you see the boost gauge move a but to about 3psi

Does the boost gauge read zero when you shut off the motor? If not then the gauge, or something with the hose is no good.

Has the car's exhaust sound been getting louder, could be clogged cat.
