ok. the car needs a pwer steering pump. all the sudden started making crazy noise like a mean blower whine. drove it home embarrised and parked it. everything works just fine. the car is fast as most of you already know, it still will chirp second if you want it too. its got 117000 on it. very well maintained. head gaskets were replaced with thin copper. tires are in great condition with full size t bird spare. no headunit. sorry, it was expensive. good speakers left in the doors and back dash. as of right now, id say its undrivable. it will start run and drive but makes that ugly noise. i wont drive it like that. id like to keep the car, but have 2 others that i drive. one of them is the race car so no need to push this car to its limits. take my word, its in exellent condition. jsut needs a power steering pump. the entire top half has been gone through, so would be considered a rebuild? that was about 5000 miles ago. i do not wanna do it again. those damn pipes are difficult to deal with. but i will if i dont get 2500$. its a steal.

dibs, what part of chicago are you near, my cousin lives in downers grove, and moved from addison, would love to come see the car this weekend. Also do you know if an 93 lx pwr steering pump would fit, if so i have one, since my lx just died. I currently dont have a phone right now (someone stole it at a party) So i can give you my email franky_402@mchsi.com and i can come friday to see it. Any other problems with the car, sputtering, dieing, hard starting. I am really in the need of a car, so i can come get it asap but have to come see it first. It's really hard to find a car around this area as you know you dont see many sc, plenty of lxs though. Frank
