hesitations at takeoff..

Hi all,
I've gotten a puzzling problem. From a dead stop if you take off fast it start then hesitates, starts hesitates, repeatedly until you cross an intersection then it is fine.. Tach is reflective of this, ( up and down ), changed the cam sensor and cleaned the maf. Any ideas where the problem might lie?
