Just mounted the stock sized aluminum pullies I received from Ryan last year (alternator, crank, and water pump) and also mounted the power steering pully I bought from spinning wheels with the supplied bolt.
The ps pully went on just like the OE steel one as far as being a compressed fit.
Of course during the process, I removed the IC etc so I had to reseal it and the tubes and now the car idles right on 20Hg vacuum instead of around 18.
I don't know if its just me, but the motor seems to pick up a bit quicker
