Koeo And Koer Test

MY 89 SC RUNS ONLY IF I KEEP STEPPING ON THE GAS, WHEN I STOP IT SHUTS OFF. HAD IT IN STORAGED FOR 5 YRS. AFTER I CHANGED THE WATER PUMP AND POWER STEERING, hAD BATTERY OFF ALL THIS TIME TOO. JUST PUT IN NEW WIRES AND PLUGS. ??

is the check engine light on? Also check the IAC maybe, im not too sure but thats what i would check first!
