VMM low fuel light

exactly how much fuel is actually in the tank when the light on the VMM comes on? my gauge is so ~~~~ and im just wondering how much is left in the tank when light comes on and aprox how many miles till empty

I always thought it was 20~ miles until the other light (Check Gauge) comes on. When the Check Gauge comes on, you need to stop within a couple miles.

if working properly,
vmm low fuel light comes on the 5 gal left.

check gauge comes on with 3 gal left..
