Guys,
I have come to a point where I need money pretty bad, mainly so that I can go to college summer quarter and get the race car running. Unfortunately it looks like it has come down to me having to sell my near mint 35th to come up with the money. I really want to keep it but I dont have the time or money to put into it right now. Really quick I'll run down whats wrong with it. It needs a slave cylinder thats it, everything else is good on the car. Now at the same time I was thinking of ways to keep the thing and I came up with the idea to part the engine and all the performance parts off of it to come up with the money I need or just sell it as a whole.
Anyways I just wanna see what kinda interest there is out there for my car before I decide to sell it or not. Asking price is $6,000 OBO
Heres the details:
-Custom liquid to air intercooler with front mount heat exchanger and morosso cool can
-New rod bearings
-new Centerforce Dual friction clutch
-MPII
-MP inlet plenum
-MP 85mm TB
-MP raised top
-BHJ balancer
-SCP 3.5" CAI
-76MM MAF with purple sampling tube (42lbs injectors)
-42lbs injectors
-10% OD sc pulley
-SCP UD pulleys
-SCP lightweight jackshaft pulley
-Adjustable FPR
-SCI idler pulleys
-B&M short throw shifter
-brand new paint
-brand new recovered 35th seats ($1,00)
-brand new or near new tires
-SS inserts
-catless exhaust
-thrush muffler in place of stock resonator
-smaller but better flowing mufflers then stock.
-NOS fender badges
-NOS shift knob
-255lph fuel pump
The car has just shy of 97k original miles on it. The new motor has not even a mile on it because of the clutch issue. Car wont go into gear with the engine running cause of a bad slave cylinder. Besides needing a retune all else motor wise is excellent shape.
Body:
The body is near mint with the exception of some very light scratches on the front fenders and front bumper. The scratches on the fenders will most likely buff right out. Unfortunately the hood got scratched by some broken glass, it will need painted in some places and others will buff right out. With the current IC setup the stock hood wont clear the IC tubes so you wont really need the stock hood anyways.
Interior:
The interior is mint all around. Seats are perfect front and back. Dash is ok, not cracks of any kinda but previous owner recovered the dash and it didn't turn out the greatest. Its very livable though.
