I have a set of voltens (excuse spelling if it is incorrect) they are a 3/4" drop....the rear of the car seems to sag a little more then the front...is there anything i can do to fix this? or do i need a new set of springs?

Depends on a few things. Your front springs might take a little longer to settle in than the fronts, especially if they are stiffer springs.

If your rear rubber spring insulators are worn down and flattened, it could be making your rear end sag.

You can either replace them if yours are worn which is common, poly might raise it up a little higher, or there are those little metal spacers you can put in your springs that would raise it up a little bit.
