buzzing noise, stops when open throttle

Hi everyone, just like the title states I hear this buzzing noise when the key is on but the engine is off, and when I open the throttle it stops. I don't know if this normal but if someone has an explanation that would satisfy my curiousity. It is a 95 auto. Thanks
