Ed, how much is the FORD book rate for replacing front shocks? Can you give me any idea how much time is alloted for this as well please?

Thnx..

Ed, I was wondering the same thing. How much are the shocks, but for front and rear?? Thanks.

Paul,

Would you be available to give me a call at home tomorrow? We're looking to install the 10" IC fans in both mine and Bill's cars. I was hoping to get a little more advice from you since you have experience with the same unit in your car.

I believe I have given you my number in the past, but if not, just let me know and I'll email you my contact information.

Best regards,

Sean

Sean, I can do better than that... I'll drop by for a little bit. I won't hang around too long as I know Alicia frowns on this sort of thing. ;)

------

Ed: Just to clarify, I already have the front shocks (bought them from you remember?), I just need to know what FORD charges for the labour, and how long the job takes.

Again, thnx dude!:D

Paul, sorry, I didn't read this thread until tonight. I can check for you on Monday what the labour rate guide shows for that repair. Guessing I would say 2-1/2 to 3 hours for both sides.

Scott, the OE replacement shocks from Ford are $150 each for the front, and $125 each for the rear. We had some $52 rear ones available before, but it was a discontinued part number, limited quantities, and I sold them all !!

cheers

Paul,

That would be great if you could stop by. We love the way your's is installed. Hopefully Alecia won't mind one more person.

See you tomorrow!
