power steering bleeding

start the car and turn it "knock" to "knock" all the way left to right till the wheel stops then check fluid and repeat a few times. also are you using atf or power steering fluid? I know mine turns better with atf

Here is the way I do mine.

Jack up the front of the car. Disconnect the low pressure hose connection at the rack and pull the coil pack connector. Crank the engine intermittently while refilling the PS reservoir until the fluid coming out is clear. Rotating the steering wheel back and forth while cranking helps to clear the rack of bubbles and dirt too. Just don't hold in a full lock position either way.
