Btw, I wouldn't look at the Mustang motor. See if you can find an explorer motor first. They are all aluminum so you can shed some weight.

I will break it down for you right here. Manifolds, oil pan, and pick up tube from the bird to the Mustang. The only other thing is the vacuum port on the back of the inlet. I would step up to the explorer 4.6 and go from there to get the best bang for the buck.
