ARC mount bracket orientation?

Is there any specific orientation for the rear U shape brackets that the ARC attaches to? Right now they are facing different directions.

Okay here goes. The first one is the bracket in question. Both fronts are positioned the same way. The rears have different orientation, but question if is the correct orientation. The drivers side rear appears to have a side to side orientation. The passenger rear has a front to rear orientation of the bracket. My question is, what is the correct orientation of the brackets for the rear or does it matter?

Correct. Bracket orientation doesn't matter. The actual shock actuator is a pretty high tech piece. It's a stepper motor that is able to sense stop points. Thus as long as you get it back on the shock and engaged, it'll cycle as part of the self test and find the firm spot, then the soft spot. Then that's what it's doing. There is a feedback wire from the motor to the suspension control module that tells the thing what position it has found.

At least that's been my experience.

The important thing is to match up the hole inside the actuator with the little tang inside the top of the shock. Get that as close as you can and then gently wiggle into place. Don't force that part.
