Open or trac-lock (posi-traction)? How many miles on the car?

According to the pictures it is an open rearend.

It is an open diff as far as I know, but I have not had the back cover off. The guy I bought the car from (parts car) seemed to think it had a posi installed at one time because he said both wheels would always spin. Car had 90k on it.
