the 92 super coupe runs very well but has front end damage
and the 96 lx has an almost flawless body but a blown head gasket
would consider $1300.00 for both complete. Located in northwestern Kentucky. I just don't have the time to work on them and don't want them to set around and rust.

Call Danny at 270-869-8731 in the evenings or e-mail Dan082968@aol.com for more information and pics.

These are pics of the super coupe
The lx sport is a H.O. 4.6 Liter

When I read SVT I thought Contour. But it could be a bird or maybe a Mustang.

Would be interested in some of the SC parts. I'll call you.

Haven't done the research...

But I was involved with FoMoCo during this era and recall they were struggling to use up a lot of parts and figure out what the T-bird was going to become. The retro looking thing was already on the drawing board and they were attempting to make a T-bird that appealed to the older, more refined power junkie.

There was a supercharged 4.6l project, I think they called it the 'ThunderHawk', but don't recall for certain.

You may recall the 5.0l HO T-bird Sport that was made in limited numbers along with the SC and the base bird. The SVT unit was the 'new' 4.6l HO used in the Cobra in '96 along with beefier SC brakes and I think they used SC springs with Bilstein shock (Non-electronic). Recall the '96 Cobra was the first year, first car to get this motor, while the GT still got the 5.0l iron. Because SVT was involved they got recognition, even if there was no badging on the car.

That's what I remember.
