Then use a reverse twist drill bit of the proper size for an easy out bolt extractor. If you're lucky, the reverse twist drill bit will back the bolt out as you drill into it.

+1...Have had several of these episodes and have never had a tough time removing. Just be patient.
BTW...I even got so lucky once that I was able to scribe the broken bolt out. Re-enstalled bolt and torqued down. This was dead lucky but hey, ya never know...
