Dents are not easy.

As for the weather stripping. I take a junk piece and cut about a 2" piece and put it where they come together. It will not sag no mo.

i'd try some 3m spray adhesive (it probably won't take much).

It does a nice job pulling small dents like those, especially if they're not creased. Just hold a piece right on the dent, it will shrink the metal back into shape.

Just make sure to wear proper protection Safety GOGGLES and insulated rubber gloves.

3M spray adhesive should work on the weather stripping.....

My FSM says to tighten the bolt to 24 - 33 lbs ft.....

Whatever that means......:p

As for the dents in the door, I just replace the doors on mine when they get too bad, but I will try the dry ice trick.....

You might be able to push the dent out that is under the side moulding from inside the door.....

I have questions of my own. Where did you get the plastic for the hinges. My Ford dealer told me they were not available anymore. Also, how did you get at the nut to keep it from falling when you removed that bolt to put the plastic on?

The "nut" is captioned. It doesn't fall out. And You can get the plastic in the help section of your local fill in the blank auto parts store. Or just get the whole bolt with the plastic on it.
