Doing Headgaskets

Hey guys,
I just picked up a 93 5 speed. Supposedly the guy had put in a longblock that was supposedly good, turns out the motor had two blown headgaskets and when it was cranked the car blew antifreeze out of the heads and oil out of the timing cover. The car jumped time , and thus I am in need of help. Where should I begin? Of course I'm pulling heads and redoing those gaskets, but what else should I replace/check? Any help would be awesome!

:zwthstupid: i say the engine itself would be a good starting point, using what you have as far as accessories to complete it.. you'll have to have everything pressure tested for cracks, heads milled and checked, valves, etc. its no heads on, heads off job if you're gonna do it right.
